Thank goodness proper football is back. Tough game for us, however we have improved lately, so hopefully we win. Arsenal v Spurs should be a good game. Let’s hope for a Carlsberg weekend.

Go 2-0 up and Madley denies it as a handball - no way top of the arm by the shoulder is a handball .especially as it is deflected off the scouse player.

Wonder if in the interests of fair play, the dippers will write to VAR about the injustice of it

I do hope so , because it really was a goal. Also the only var they used was from behind the goal and you could not be certain it hit his shoulder
