Was going to suggest that we sell Ed and keep Ortega, since he's a lot younger. Googled it, and it turns out that he's a year older than Ed! How the fuck did this guy stay in obscurity until 31?!?!?! He's fucking class!

The bar codes have been poor. One good chance very well saved by Ortega. We could have had a third. Doku has come into the match tbf. In the absence of Alvarez I guess there has to be a whipping boy.

If we had Palmer playing instead of Doku we’d be better off

The last foul on Haaland was another snide over the top naughty one. A second yellow and subsequent red? Referee is letting alot go. Granted he's playing advantage and letting game flow but he's not punishing Newcastle enough

21 years old. New to the league. He's doing really well and is showing a lot of promise, in my opinion.

I’d be tempted to get Haaland off before he gets injured. Replace him with Alvarez.

So with Kovacic in there with Rodri we have much more stability in midfield. Also controversial I know but Doku is doing alright in my eyes. Great play by him there as I type this. He may be rough around the edges but that's four shots from him who else has done that. He is positive and direct and draws fouls. Defenders shit themselves when he gets going. Better than pass pass pass and back pass. Come on lad.
