Cup game tonight. No replay. Extra time and penalties if required to determine the result
Imagine both sides will rotate given the PL is a priority for both parties albeit for different reasons. And our squad is better than theirs. Shitty ground and facilities but we won there in December so have experienced what Luton have to offer
Think we will progress
A tentative 2-0 as the side chosen may well result in a different prediction!!!

Ever the optimist, i can see us going out tonight. 2-1 to Luton
Pep will fuck about with the team and formation as i really don't think he wants an FA Cup run .

If he didn't want an FA Cup run i think we might have seen a different team at Tottenham.

Pep wants a win but he certainly won’t play anything like a first 11.

If a manager didn't want a cup run, surely he'd want out early, rather than after beating our bogey side on their turf

I think his attitude is if we win great, if we don't ah well cant win them all. He'd take a win but he's not arsed . His priorities are the Prem and CL.

I get your point, there's no doubt he'd take the prem and champs league over the fa cup and we'd all agree I'm sure.
I also just think that with this long unbeaten run about to bring us into a really bogey, season defining march, he won't want Luton to bring it to an end.
I certainly hope not anyway.
A win tonight will set us up nicely.
Come on city !!!

He'd take the PL and CL every year as priorities but we've not lost an FA Cup match outside Wembley for years.
Quarter Final here we come.

It would be nice to win a game without Rodri.
Here's hoping.

With the exception of Nunes, that’s a good line up. I’ve lost my patience with him, he’s lazy, doesn’t look for the ball and is not dynamic in any way. Now prove me wrong !!!!

Manchester City's last eight games in the FA Cup:
Tottenham (away) W 1-0
Huddersfield (home) W 5-0
Man Utd (Wembley) W 2-1
Sheff Utd (Wembley) W 3-0
Burnley (home) W 6-0
Bristol City (away) W 3-0
Arsenal (home) W 1-0
Chelsea (home) W 4-0
Only the dogshit penalty that never was in the final last year is the only goal we’ve conceded in the run
