KFC day is usually Christmas Eve for some inexplicable reason. I think they get Santa and colonel sanders mixed up. :lol:

I can cook a little bit so turkey for me. Mind you, the full job is a lot of work for just one (me) so a slimmed down version is plenty, I think.
