Phillips given the penalty. Thanks and goodbye. I think Nunes was decent to be honest.

6 wins out of six. As far as we know Sones not injured. Looking forward to seeing the Palace match live. Need to watch out for Olise.

He's scored more CL goals than Rashford, Antony and Martial combined this season

Nunes Man of the Match for me. Four players who scored higher than him in the stats, but what a player we have. Class. When you’re playing against the equivalent level of Bristol Rovers and statistically he isn’t our best player, what more could you want? Amazing. Can we sign 10 more of him?

Guessing mase post is sarcastic given his views on him lol.. I wasn't able to see the full game (saw the goals thoigh) so didn't see much of nunes but a few have said he played well. I didn't see him at all in what I saw bar landing in his shoulder.

Two have said he played well. He gave the ball away and blamed a kid. Missed an absolute sitter. Kept falling over. Had an overall score in the 6’s in a team full of kids against the equivalent of Bury FC.

Disagree, thought it was Nunes best game in a City shirt, hard to believe he's as mediocre as he's looked for us so far. Rico didn't exactly shine last night though tbh. I'm with Mr Plant in both cases ;)

From the BBC quote from young Micah:

"He put me on the right wing, something different for me. I'd not really played there. I saw it as a challenge and I took it and I enjoyed every moment.

"It's definitely just the start and [I want] to kick on from here."

Why Pep? Why? Training in one position playing in another in the CL - is Pep just intent on playing square pegs in round holes because that fits with his philosophy? I swear if we played our players in their actual positions we would be unstoppable.

Nunes has a nice turn of pace which takes him past challenges. He’s had a poor start but I haven’t given up on him and I doubt Pep has either. Kevin won’t be overplayed when he comes back so I think he’ll have more opportunities.

Red Star would beat the Gas 19 times of 20 for that matter.

Mase, I know you've mentioned a couple of times that I said Gomez and phillips would be class and obviously that was completely untrue and no such evidence can be found...

Well here's some evidence you can hold on to. And quote me in a year or two if he's been cast aside...

Nunes will be class for city
