A game oft wo half's that .

The drop off in the second half was really, really bad.

No idea how a side can put out such a Jekyl and Hyde performance. It is becoming a problem this season. Inability to perform for 90+ minutes in games.

3 points.

Glad that's over, a very different 2nd half.
Taling off doku was the strangest substitution ever.

We actually saw the game out reasonably at 2-1. Brighton’s subs worked well for them and changed things.

Grealish is getting on my nerves. He's not a game changer, good player when in form, useless out of form. Never woth 100m.

Incredible first half. Foden and Doku were superb. But abysmal second half. We struggle to kill off games these days.

A positive from the end of that is Akanji is suspended for the derby.

Walker had a difficult game against a difficult opponent. He’ll need to sharpen up for next week against Gashford.

Great result against a very decent side who would’ve gone above us if they’d won. Great first half but let Brighton in with all their changes against our tired legs, thought Pep would have changed it up earlier.

As for the ref, he allowed Brighton the run of the park and punished us for near enough every sneeze near them. Second.yellow for Akanji was seriously harsh and the free kick he gave when Foden got the ball was ridiculous. If you look at what the Dippers game, they’re no longer officials, they’re ‘Brand Influencers’, only they’re to set the narrative that the PL wants.

Three points keeps us in check, let’s see what the rest can do.

Watched the first half missed the second, thought we were excellent to the break. WTF happened in second half? How can it change so much

21 wins in a row in all competitions at the Etihad. A PL record. Not too shabby.

What a difference watching grealish and Doku in the same position - one was electric and got past his man and made so many goal scoring chances , I lost count of them .

Then we saw Grealish and it was fucking painful watching .

He needs to fucking change his game style as Doku is miles better than he is , in every sense of the word.
