I'm hoping these twerps pathetic celebrations may have just ignited us to kick on. Watching them parade like they've won the treble should motivate our players to go the extra mile to put them back where they belong.

The third most embarrassing thing so far this season

The rags lap of honour on Saturday after beating Brentford beats that

But both pale into the ludicrousness of the dippers asking for a game to be replayed after a goal wasn’t awarded

Can we include Klopp telling us for years that Liverpool don’t spend big money and then they tried to drop £100m on Caicedo only for him to tell them to do one?

A day later, I still don’t understand that game. Ederson stood there not knowing where to play it, as did Dias and Ake. No outlet on the wings, forward players all central. If we lose then we can usually see the plan. This game had me stumped (I know, I know …).

110 million even.

Hypocritical wanker that he is.

Maybe we should have someone else look at signings instead of Pep. Nunes definitely not looking like “one of the best midfielders in the world” - a panic buy of Benjani proportions.

I seem to remember that many, probably including myself, said similar about Rodri during his first season?
A midfielder in a pep system is not easy.
For me the jury is out on Nunes, but I am willing to give him time.
As for another Phillips, already Nunes is well clear of that standard.

Rodri was 23 when he joined us and was also joining a completely new league with Fernandinho, arguably the best in his position, in front of him at the time.

Nunes joins us having already spent a year in the Prem.

I don’t think we can compare the two like for like for those reasons.

Not like playing for Wolves can be compared to playing for City. He'll come good, he can also provide a service to Haaland and others up front

But Jack was with Villa and needed the time. Nunes, I don't know if he will be good or not, but is he not in a similar position? in needing time to learn Peps way.

From what Grealish said the other day he was asked to completely change his playing style when he joined City. Nunes is a “Pep type player” and was called one of the best in the world by Pep. He’s not changing his playing style at all. For me he should hit the ground running.

Maybe, but some players take longer to 'get' peps way.
