Poor pass from Gvardiol that didnt reach Phillips. If you're going to have a go at Phillips you could at least do it if he gets something wrong

It did reach Phillips and it was pinched off his toes. But as i said it was a poor pass.

Let's see what we can do now they've just waltzed one in Phillips Could Phillips have stopped it or even challenged Joelinton ? Yes he could but i don't want to be over critical so i'll say it was a fuck up all round. Newcastle have come out and won a few tackles and we have folded

Joelinton is one dirty fucker

Looks like the ref has been in to their changing room at half time to say they are allowed to kick fuck out of us

Grealish has been utter wank and I’ll be fuming if he plays ahead of anyone when we play the next game .

Tactical injury by Newcastle when we get possession. Low and behold he comes back on like a spring chicken. Joelinton continues to kick lumps out of us, nothing done then Akanji goes in the book. Gordon also at it. Phillips now in the book for fuck all. We'll ship a few more goals here. At least we can concentrate on other comps

Commentator sums it up perfectly - at the moment you can't see how City are going to get back into this. No threat in the final third

Not that arsed losing this tbh.

Would rather go out 1-0 tonight than end up with a fixture pile up with the World Club Cup coming in December.

More important game is Wolves away at weekend.

Kids have got some game time.

Concerning we have to rely on Philips next couple of games. who shouldn't even be on the Bench.Hate singling players out but he is awful. He runs around like he has a Washing Machine strapped on his back.So slow, creates nothing. Rodri going to be a big,big miss.for us.Utterly shite player.
