True enough BiB, Sancho won 22 of his 23 England caps when he was a Dortmund player. My outrage at reading the above stat has diminished somewhat since becoming aware of this but I remain ever vigilant for all empirical evidence highlighting the unsuitability of the current England manager (not in short supply btw as witness Saturday's appalling selection and tactics.) The truth is that he has consistently shown himself incapable of intelligently using or in some cases even recognising the talented players at his disposal.BlueinBosnia wrote:johnny crossan wrote:a simply staggering indictment of BagheadMIAMCFC wrote:Southgate has picked Sancho almost as many time as Foden. Depends how you look at it. Since Foden made his England debut, Sancho has started 6 England games, Foden 16. Furthermore, Sancho has only made 1 England start since his debut for the Rags (away to Andorra in 2021).
