Call me obsessed but if you can get away with smashing buses up like the scousers do, is it any wonder this happens. Should reference it in the article

Absolutely. Will Lancashire Constabulary claim that there’s no evidence and that no one was charged?

They will if they request assistance from Merseyside police as they have experience investigating these incidents... :roll:
