Thanks for everything Ayme. I won’t forget you playing through injury at the end of the season before last. You’ve been a great servant of the Club.

Bloody ell! Didn’t think I would be bothered but seeing another grown man cry changes that.

Good luck to him. Scored some massive goals for us - Brighton last day of the season, Cup Final against Spurs.

Instrumental to quite a few of our titles, but could never warm to him. Bit of a whinger and a fanny. Find it weird that he's chosen for Saudi Arabia, despite the money. Maybe things are different now, but it feels like the start of the end of your career.

Too true. Also why I can't see Jack making a similar move.

Sad day. A very good defender who was a big part of our success over the last 5 years.

Wish him well

Thanks Eric, goodbye and good luck.
You did a great job for us and those last few games the season before last when we had all those defensive injuries and you played the last few games despite being injured yourself says a lot about you. We'd never have gotten over the line without you.

Centurion and Treble Winner. Thank you for everything, Eric lad.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Wow they are shovelling massive money at Salah, now that would be a meltdown worth watching.
