Wishing pep a speedy recovery. No doubt Lillo will do a good job in his absence.

seems like it, holidays after 2 games :o
"Guardiola is expected to return to duty after the international break.
Assistant manager Juanma Lillo will take over first-team training and lead from the touchline during matches in Guardiola's absence.
City said the operation, carried out by Dr Mireia Illueca, was a "success" and the Treble-winning boss will "recover and rehabilitate in Barcelona".

Why do you think they bought Lillo back? Pep would have told them he will be watching and be on the end the phone during the games. Fully expect to see Lillo with an airpod in one ear come KO.

He was sitting awkwardly on a cooler chest on sat night at the game i wonder was this why. Better off getting it sorted while he can, should have enough to navigate both games without him.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably needs about a month recovery time after surgery? I assume these are the easiest fixtures to miss?
Curious he's decided to do this mid season, must have not wanted to rest up in his summer hols.
Get well soon!

FFS. He was in a lot of pain and needed the surgery straightaway. We can cope against Sheffield United and Fulham.
