From my untrained eye I don't think his heart is 100% in it. I have heard he isn't a City fan and I don't know whether that makes a difference? Maybe if he was he would give everything, whereas at the moment I don't think he does.
He is a good player undoubtedly, but he isn't good enough for us yet. Maybe in training he lacks whatever it is Pep requires?
Going off this video, you might have a point about his heart not being in it
https://youtube.com/shorts/1BXNF95ZlJI?feature=share7What team does he support (according to these rumours)?
Not rumours mate, he's from wythenshawe and is a mune. A lad who comes with us works at the etihad and he's always on about Cole telling anyone who cares to listen rhat he's off as soon as the red shit come in for him. Perhaps will get his wish now theyve fucked greenwood off
My pals son fucking hates Cole. He stands by the same theory. He’s a RAG and has wanted out. I heard Lescott say he’s a great lad recently. I mentioned it v Newcastle. The hater told me. Cole is as fake as they come he wants the swamp move.

Looks like we're best rid - but at a good price.
I've been watching videos of Jeremy Doku - he's not the final product but his speed is good, the way he holds the ball is unorthodox and a joy to watch. If he can improve his goal ratio with us he'll be a winner. If not, his distribution looks good. He can play left and right too.

Great time to big him up then. 100M thanks very much, job done. Typical RAGS. Let 'em find out he's usually crap later!

From his brief highlight reel on Youtube, i'd say he looks to be a great buy. Better than Stirling in terms on closes control and finishing and very quick. Palmer won't be happy which means he will lose confidence and his star will fall out of the sky. Cash in on him now while people still saying he's a world beater

Having watched Rennes live over the past 12 years. I have no doubt he will be technically sound.. Rennes are Ligue 1 best academy. Up there with any club at producing top players. Is he 50 mill now unsure on that. However we know we buy with an eye on the future.

Similar price to Sterling when we bought him, and many scoffed at that cost.

Sterling’s numbers were misleading for me. Despite that I liked him. Good lad. This kid Mase will be a better footballer. Needs more goals. But a player imo who will be a crowd favourite.

I remember seeing him at Euro 2020 coming on for Belgium and thinking “whichever club signs him they’re in for a treat!” He was very exciting. Definitely not a Pep player but neither were Sterling and Sanè and they did pretty well.
I think Haaland will love this

Let's hope his wife Su isn't as domineering as Silvas wife, though I've heard she's a bit challenging sometimes

Would have preferred Sane back but in Txiki we trust. This fella looks raw, I don't see him as a regular starter any time soon.
Looks talented but needs time to bed in to Peps world.

You’ve lost me guys. You’ll have to fill in the blanks.

Number 11 for big Jez apparently.
Last decent player we had 11 was Kolarov. i know this Doku won’t be as good but if he’s half the player Kola was we’ve got some player on our hands

Well seeing as how Kolarov's successor there was Zinch I'll agree with your 1st comment.
Half the player but quadruple Kola's speed hopefully.
