Don't think the players need that getting through to them to be honest.
It's very rare our top players ( those playing regularly in the 1st team not someone like Palmer) want to leave in their peak years. You only have to look at Aguero, David Silva, Kompany, Zabba, Fern, Kev, all staying until the very latter years of their career. Gundo and Mahrez were 33 or whatever and we've had their best years.
Only players i can think who wanted out at their best in the last few years are Yaya and Bernardo.

That doesn’t mean in the future others won’t want to leave. It’s a good life lesson for them.

If a player after spending some time with us winning trophies and such, listens to his agent or his wife/girlfriend or his mate or an International teammate who says the grass is greener then he can fuck off

He would clearly not be very intelligent and I think you need a bit about you to play for Pep. The world is full of people like this and good luck to them. But when things don’t work out for the better like you thought it would then hard fucking luck
