When you think about it, as we only ever are allowed to consider the premier league era, James Milner is the most successful Liverpool player of all time.

Henderson has the 2012 League Cup over him... Around the time Klopp signed (or possibly a season or two after), he was their only player in their entire squad to have won a trophy with them.

Overall served us well, excepting injuries and getting sent off on the cow field that Wigan call a pitch in the FA Cup so we failed to make the quarter finals that year....

Loved him, even as a Leeds player, but understood that he was injury prone.

He played against the dippers for Everton towards end of last season and was best player on the pitch. His body must have given up?

Was thinking about that when I read of him retiring. Very professional and good leadership qualities. Good luck to him whatever he decides to do next (I think he'd make a good coach personally).
