All jokes aside, it does sound awful -

Benfica defender Nicolas Otamendi is reported to be the victim of a violent assault at his home on Monday morning.

Four assailants are said to have assaulted the former Manchester City defender and put a belt around his neck, before robbing money and watches from him.

It is claimed that the four assailants attacked the defender as he arrived home before forcing him to open the door to where his wife and child were stationed in a mode of panic.
