Missed the end of the game but heard a Dipper pundit saying that the ref’s should be stuck in a room with players who can educate them on what is and isn’t a penalty.
I assumed that the answer was, if it’s an advantage to the Rags/Dippers then it’s a penalty. If it’s no advantage to them then it’s not.
