I don’t mind sterling as captain for a few reasons.

One I love aguero but is he gonna give a bollocking in English anytime soon?

Second sterling has shown himself to be very mature in handling some awful stuff these last few years. That’s captain material for me.

Lastly if it’s the bit of push he needs to be even more consistent in front of goal as he’s the leader imagine how many he could score.
Tracking back is overrated.

He’s shown he couldn’t handle the awful stuff imo Lee. He went missing for months after the England issue.
