This Week’s Games | 12-14 Sep 20

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Can't rely on officiating, if we want the title back we need to focus on us. Today's result shows these fuckers are cracking, no major signings will have a massive impact on their season. We need to get our signings over the line a send a big message

Just turned the Hammers v Toon game on at 0-1 and the commentators sound like they wanna hang themselves. Has it been that bad?

Not watched but a Moyes v Bruce game has all the hallmarks of being a stinker

Two of the most adventurous managers out there

From what I seen it was fairly dogshit. I’d forgotten how shit West Ham were and that they scraped by relegation whilst Newcastle finished the season very comfortably. My mistake, went for a Hammers win in the predictor and also included Antonio in my DT.

Unsurprisingly, this season already seems like a follow on to the completion of the last.

It’s still not the same without the crowd.

IF he stays fit, Wison will be a huge hit up there for the barcodes

Just read a trivia piece on the Beeb, first time since 2003 that all 3 relegated teams from the premier won their first games yesterday

Spurs already look infected by Mourinho-itis. Their midfield is getting dominated by an Everton midfield with 3 players making their debuts.

I have not watched any football - first time in my entire life that I have not watched any football at all.
Before I used to plan my days activities around a match , especially a Leeds v thieves match, but find my self not even bothering to watch it , even if I'm at home with fuckall to do.

Its a fuckign sad state of affairs.

Mourinho must be one of the favourites to get the sack first.

Insipid today. Couldn’t happen to a nicer club/manager/chairman/set of fans.

Hope they go bankrupt with struggling to pay for their new stadium

Thought the same myself . He loves whoring himself around london ( ex rent boy ) - where to next ? South Bank ? Pally up the Alley ?

Wolves have started well 2 up at Sheffield. Be interesting to see if no European games help them. No Henderson in goal for Sheffield looks like he is a miss already

Let's be fair, they were not all that last season. Pretty much reliant on set pieces and solid at the back. Didn't score many and losing the keeper won't help. They will finish above west brom and fulham who are both shite
