The marketing impact of this transfer will balance our finances in one year time, if we are smart enough and I think we are.

If Messi leaves it wont be for nothing but it wont be anywhere near for 700 million either. Neither Messi nor Barca want this dragged out in the Courts. You might suggest we could plausibly placate Barca and the view that we didn't destroy them entirely as a club, which will surely wind up as part of the story for some, by including Garcia and another player. I'd suggest Mahrez, but I don't think they'd want him and hence why I suspect Jesus' name is what we hear.

Not sure what we do if we don't move 1 player to fit him in the team. That's another extremely difficult question to answer.
