Typing this with a heavy heart , our greatest ever player a fine humble man with world class talent that has graced every football pitch he has ever set foot on in a city shirt plays his last ever PL game for MCFC. If we were able to attend the Etihad today there simply wouldn’t be a dry eye in the huge stadium . What a player what a person and how subtle El Mago from the Canary Islands bows out against the canaries .
DAVID SILVA LEGEND

Hopefully the man from the Canary Islands will inflict more damage on his namesake, the Canaries.
Farewell, Merlin. The first of a few goodbyes. Let's get the 3 goals required for another century

I hope the club have replaced all the seat covers with pics of dave and tributes.
I started a thread here a few years ago about him being our greatest ever player and i stand by that he currently is. Ten years of incredible performances we are so lucky. 5ft 7 and abs dominated english football amazing.
Im not too arsed about champs league but i just want to win it for him so that he gets the lot!

I was thinking the same.
I can't remember the last time we played the same defence 2 games in a row so he's clearly considering Cancelo at left back for Real Madrid.
I think Foden has earned a start against Real Madrid. I hope we don't play Gundogan/Rodri - almost every game we've lost this season has been when those 2 are on the pitch together.

A sad day, for especially as you lot can’t all go and see him off. I’d have been telly bound none the less, but man what a fucking legend he has been. Can barely type about him. So emotional.
