But but livarpool are the best!!

Noticed that they got the Dipper spin in straight after the whistle and before they went to the adverts. Didn’t quite understand it though as they totally ignored the Dipper v Palace game, basing it all on the game between us and them, basically predicting a Dipper win.

Not that I give a fuck In this COVID Cup times, of course, just can’t stand how we are subjected to this shit.

A good synopsis from Micah there on the BLM issue and a big salute to Souness for confronting his own perceptions.

Certain Burnley fans and those who serviced it need to be asked questions. What are they scared of?

Pep Guardiola (on Sergio Aguero)
"It doesn't look good. He felt something in the knee.

"We will see tomorrow. We will see what he has.

"He will struggle in the last month. He has some pain in his knee

"We will see. The doctor said tomorrow is the next test but it doesn't look good."

Wonder which boardroom Souness was talking about? He sounded quite emotional.

One can only surmise but you could suggest that it would be a closed affair where only the captain would be allowed in the boardroom, especially in those days.

Looks like surgery on a meniscus tear. 6-8 weeks? Out for the season. Might be back for the Champions League in August.

Did anybody notice Pep’s comments on the CL places again last night? He’s done it after both games, stating that are only aim to get top 4. Then follows the same statement from the players.

I presume it's when he was a manager not a player so not many to choose from but my guess may be Rangers or Blackburn?

We need to spend money on a striker in the summer - Jesus ain’t it and we all know Sergio is sadly made of glass

I’ll open with Jimenez

Sadly he is old-ish. 29.
But nevertheless, good striker.

Pep said he’d had a problem with his knee for a month. Why wasn’t this sorted then?

I rate him as well but we won't- or shouldn't be in the market for a 29 year old striker. Wolves will cash in on him this summer if the rumours about interest from abroad are to be believed
I will be fcuking livid if we don't have Sergio's replacement lined up especially with losing Sane as well

I wouldn’t read too much in to what Pep has said regarding Champs League. If you’ve not learnt by now that you should take everything he says with a pinch of salt you need your head testing!

He once said he was “so so happy” after losing to Newcastle.
