He's played for Pep before and can play left back or centre back which are both areas we need to reinforce.
Alaba is the type of player that will make Mase forget about Kolarov
Mase won't let others turn his head. He'll stay faithful to Aleksandar.
I very much doubt anyone will come close to the high level Kolarov played at with us for a very long time.

No great surprise but at least it is done. Saw something on the Beeb this morning linking us with pikey grealish if Sane went. Dont think he is the answer

Grealish defo not the answer. We need some who can give us a bit of width and potentially play through the middle.
My first choice would be a punt on Son at Spurs. They have fuck all cash so might be willing to sell.

Also, I hope he never recovers properly from his injury. And it’s millions wasted for the German rags.

As sad as this is, I agree.
I can't recall a player in the "new era" leaving on the backdoor like he did.
Without City he wouldn't be where he is now, so that is that. And hope he will never forget he missed the WC2018 because the majority of Bayern players, in front with Kimmich, wanted him out.
Now let's sign Messi. Sorry, I meant Adama Traore.

He was right to leave though, he’s proven that. We had a 25% sell on clause I think?

Low fee that but possibly very wise business. It sets the standard fee for a potential worldy who is still young in this summers market
Based off that Sanchos price surely just reduced to well under £100m, along with our cheeky discount.

No way baldie would have him back unless he was looking to go to the scouse. Wouldn't mind us pushing his transfer fee up though if he stays abroad

What we need to understand about all of this is that we didn't missed him that much.
That good is our squad upfront.
If that Braaf kid is any decent, he should start playing after the scouse game.
