Yes he did. It was very noticeable. And he knew exactly what he was saying.

I'm not too sure everyone isn't reading too deep here. His policy is normally to ignore UEFA FFP things and pretend they don't/won't happen.

The article says something about 'UEFA being favourable towards.................'. But it's the CAS that matters.
