The difference with those players is they more than often scored the “easy” chances.

Maybe but that's besides the point, they are 'criminal' finishes, whilst Jesus could have done better to put his shot beyond the keepers reach it wasn't a criminal finish.

It was for a top striker. Unless you think he’s not good enough?

Gabriel Jesus: ‘I feel I am playing well, but I need to improve my finishing’

Glad Gabe is more honest than people on here.

Who's not honest?

A lot of people have insinuated finishing, especially with Jesus, isn’t a problem.

Really? I thought it obvious he's a quality player and it's just his finishing let's him down.

You got any posts where people have said his finishing let’s him down?

Edit: apart from Carl, myself or Nige

So despite missing too many chances, only Arse convert more. If we can convert as many as they do god help the rest!!!

We finished last season with a 16% conversion rate so we still haven't hit last season's standards ( although apparently our finishing was poor then too). But there again these are just stats and they're useless because they can be used to prove anything.

Compare at the end of the season FIBD.

I will, I followed this stat last season too and we were consistently at 15% or more. I'd say this season's drop is impacted by Jesus's finishing deserting him and Mahrez tendency to have pot shots from distance.

tomorrow’s game is the epitome of the point of this thread

From Expected Goals Twitter feed...
The aggregate score of their previous three Premier League meetings (expected goals in brackets):

Spurs (1.25) 6-2 (8.47) Man City

The past couple of seasons against these fuckers have been ridiculous. Must have had 50 or so shots / chances they get 4-6 score 4 and win both games easily.

Wouldnt mind a dicking like the ones theyve had in recent prem winning years up here
