He’s right about the culture you know. I really get the feeling these guys have made peps life easier than it’s been in his previous clubs and that burnout factor is hopefully further away than ever before for him.

I love these interviews you know.

Great to hear. He's so, so happy ;-)

I liked the way that he shows disappointment with the CL exit but ensures he mentions the incidents prior to the game and how the game panned out, for me, referring to the referees decisions. No complaining though and we go back next season with even more motivation.

Oh, and the thought that we don't need wholesale change, only requiring a couple of players for specific positions. Makes the job of recruitment much easier and less upheavel to the squad.

As we say, The Future's Bright, The Future's Blue!

I'm particularly enouraged to hear we have learnt the lessons about strengthening a winning squad, no more last minute make-weights just quality.

Just noticed that it's a City love-in on Sky tonight with the standout being the 'Centurions' at about 9ish.

We are lucky that sheikh mansoor bought us and brought on all this talent I feel very lucky to be a blue truly.

Glad to hear he noticed the horrible ref we had vs Everton and the "events" arriving at Scouse stadium.
