Blaming them for Heysel is one thing, but I think it's been proven quite conclusively that Hillsborough was mainly down to the the poor arrangement and policing.

As for safe seating I would love to see us return to the terraces as close as it would be with rails. Most folks enjoy standing up for games and it adds to the whole atmosphere.

Mainly? I think ultimately if fans didn’t force their way in even after people were screaming for them not to as they were being crushed to death - that was probably ‘mainly’ the issue.

Quite remarkable after all the evidence demonstrates that the police, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield city council and the FA all take some culpability, that anybody could possibly come out with that crap. If we had been any good at the time it could easily have been us getting crushed that day.
