Lots of honourable mentions, but this was big Dave's night, even with his missed sitter.

Merlin.

All the pundits are saying KDB is a shoo in for POTY. If they actually watched City games they would realise they have the wrong man

forgot to say that Ederson was a solid runner-up for me. He made som important saves yesterday + one really good one, after the deflection on Delph.

Yep, I'd agree with that.

Aguero looked very sharp last night, but Big Dave was at his dazzling best.

Agureo had a worse first touch than Bony in the beginning of the game, but slowly grew into it. He looks to be fit physically again and to have regained that extra yard of pace. Now he just needs a consistent run in the team - I think Sané and Jesus will have to rotate between the two of them the coming games (I wouldn't take Raheem out of the starting eleven when he's in this form).

That was just the reminder that's he's still our Dave

Such a shame he didn't finish that one, sensational football in the build up.

Our Canary Islands goal machine - the greatest City player ever (IMHO)

Silva but I was really impressed with Aguero as the game went on. He was getting sharper and sharper as the game went on. He always takes a few games to shake of niggly injuries so hopefully he will be back on top form vs spurs (hopefully he starts, Jesus has looked a little off form of late)

28/28 for Merlin.

Not sure I've ever seen a result like this before
