Agreement reached...

155m Euros/£144m

Apparently UEFA is delaying the deal to be completed due to FFP negotiations.

Why bother with it (FFP) if the rules can be bent so easily.

I wonder if it's possible that they've come up with some sort of novel financing deal from Quatar, which they hope will completely outflank UEFA ??

I don't know if PSG are regarded by all and sundry as the same kind of hideous abomination that we are, but surely EUFA won't slap them on the wrist and say to them "you've been very naughty boys" and leave it at that, if they've transcended the FFP sacred 'rules' whilst, on the other hand, kicking us from pillar to post if we're deemed to have done something slightly wrong......will they ??

On the bench again tonight. Seems Monaco didn't require his services much as they won 6-1

The standard of the French first division is fucking shit. Some teams of League 1 level, which is fair enough as they have got League 1 budgets.

Makes a fee of £160m+ all the more crazy. Cavani got 49 last year and Zlatan 50 the year before. Good as is undoubtedly is, Mbappe is still young and relatively unproven. Bony lest we forget was top scorer in a calender year in the PL before we bought him

Zero ambition. It's a farmers league at best. Why hasn't he gone to Real? Too much competition? Not offering him enough money?

Rumor is both us and Real offered him €6-7m a season. PSG offered him €15m per season.

Tbf, they probably have as good a shot at the Champions League as anyone and are favourites for the domestic title. I wouldn't even blame the lad if he went to the desert for twice the money, never mind PSG. And let's not start whinging about another club spending more money now and blaming a kid for taking the offer. Might as well shit on some of our greats, such as David Silva & Yaya Touré, for moving to a club that has won fuck all for decades. Fortunately for us all, they ignored the dickheads who called them all kinds of nonsense for choosing City.

Also, Hazy is bang on. Monaco knocked us the fuck out last season and this league dick measuring contest is ridiculous in the first place.
