I keep thinking that if we had a committed Sanchez we would not have results like Newcastle I.e.it would have been 4-0 not 1-0. To me he is a clinical and ruthless finisher.
Maybe that is just 'far away hills are green'?

No youre right completely. I dont think its a lack of running around that frustrates Pep. We all love Aguero but Ive always thought he misses huge amounts of chances. Its pointless doing all that work when you fuck it up in front of goal.

I'm sorry but it's a "grass is greener" view.
Sergio's record stands scrutiny compared to anyone.
Whisper it everybody, but Jesus has looked dog shit for weeks now.

Both of them are having a bad month. But I reckon they will start scoring again their usual numbers.

Jesus hasn’t looked dog shit at all  He hasn’t scored at the rate he came in doing, but he certainly hasn’t looked “dog shit”. He’s actually offered us quite a lot, and a hell of a lot more than Sergio off the ball.

I would get him in ASAP we always looked short up front with aguero and Jesus, back in the day we had 4 quality strikers to rotate.

If Sanchez comes in January and IMO its a big if, it will likely be Jesus who makes way especially in the CL

I think he'll feature out wide more regularly than anything. We only have one player in our squad that can beat a man from a standing start and that's Sterling. What about Sane I hear you cry, for me he's better running in behind full backs and latching on to through balls, better than Raheem at this in fact but herein lies the crux for me, when we come up against parked busses there is no space in behind so the best way of getting past the bus is running through it, Sterling can't do it all on his own, hence Sanchez.

Just a mindless, inane, post Christmas thought but, if we do get Sanchez, in some games we'd have a front three (Sané, Sterling and Sanchez) with names all beginning with the letter 'S'.

Add to that Stones and the two Silvas........perhaps others might start referring to us as Sityzens ??

I would snap arseholes sanchez up jesus is only a kid in footballing terms and has looked a bit off past month along with serg, we've got goalscorers all over the pitch.
Stones coming back soon as well, we need an extra striker and sanchez fits the bill nicely

I’m pretty sure Sanchez played chumps league games for the Arse this season which would make him ineligible for us.

Stones - has scored from 75% of his attempts on goal - the other attempt missed. So no goalie in the prem has saved an attempt from John Stones this season. Lethal!
