Give the man a new contract.

Back-up, regular, does not matter. Always there when we needed him. Limited, but a true PRO.

Not the long term solution but definitely has to remain our number for the rest of the season.

Then am happy for him to compete/act as back-up for a new keeper.

He needs to stay as a back up. Top lad to be around that will help Gunn and our new number one settle in. Why buy two gk when we can give him a new contract?

If you have a good defence, you don't need a goalie.

You will never never ever have a good defence when you have a shite keeper. Confidence in your keeper is everything to a defender.
