MotM v Hudersfield

Postby Beefymcfc » Sat Feb 18, 2017 5:04 pm

Not the greatest result but wasn't expecting too much once I seen the line-up. Difficult to pick but maybe Bravo this week due to his couple of saves?

Went for Stones. Though could equally have plumped for Delph or Bravo. But in the end Stones was fairly composed and wasn't ruffled by their physicality so he gets my vote.

Poor performance though really.

All a bit underwhelming, but I've gone for Stones over Delph.

Agüero wasn't fantastic, but did enough to show that he's heads an shoulders above every one else in that starting line-up. Thought him dropping deep in the second half worked quite well.

I thought Fernando had a decent game, battled for everything.

Stones shades aguero for my money. The only two that provided genuine quality in any position.

Who voted for Kolarov? He was gash.

Don't think anyone deserves mom, especially not Pep, could have cost us with that piss poor line up.

Is that a rhetorical question LB ?? ;)

I suppose, at the end of the day, a small crumb of comfort is the fact that we kept another clean sheet. We've had one or two of late so it might be signs of a bit of a habit starting to form..........always providing that the opposition are wasteful of some of their chances.
