Other Games This Weekend | 14-15 Jan 17

Postby Beefymcfc » Sat Jan 14, 2017 12:01 pm

Done my FFT (full change) and even did my Predictor for the first time in an age so thought I may as well set the weekend for the first game.

I can't see West Brom getting anything against Spurs and we could see them move into 2nd, above the Dippers who have a difficult tie against the Rags tomorrow. Deli Alli seems to be hitting a bit of form and with Eriksen making the play I can see a convincing win for them.

The 3 o'clock games aren't too interesting and even the Swans v Arse game seems a foregone conclusion. Arse haven't been convincing but Swansea have been dire. They may have won last time out in the Prem against fellow strugglers Palace but then went onto Hull where they got beat 2-0. We can live in hope that both Brom and Swansea pull something out the bag but I won't be holding my breath.

Onto Leicester v Chelsea, I held out no hope for the Foxes as the PL Champions languish down in 15th. However, after beating Everton in the FA Cup and Chelsea losing their forward talisman due to unrest, there may just be a chance. Chelsea have far the better squad but after the defeat last time out in the PL to Spurs, you just never know; even the ref may play a part.

As for the Scum v Dippers, hoping that they both lose as a win for either of them winning doesn't suit our cause.

And as for us, just 'Come On The Blues!!!'.

Sat 14 Jan 17 (1500 hrs unless otherwise stated)

Tottenham v West Brom - 1230 hrs
Burnley v Southampton
Hull v Bournemouth
Sunderland v Stoke
Swansea v Arsenal
Watford v Middlesbrough
West Ham v Crystal Palace
Leicester v Chelsea - 1730 hrs

Sun 15 Jan 17

Everton v City - 1330hrs
Rag Scum v Grief Monkeys - 1600 hrs

anyone watching spuds and that embarrassing dive clutching his face by danny rose, what a disgusting cheating twat, glad the ref saw it for what it was. Should have carded the cheat.

Missed the first 10 but why would a player even try such a thing is beyond me.

goal ruled out quite rightly for offside for 3-0, now kane hit the post. Its embarrassing for WBA. Even there own fans are singing we're fucking shit and then we've touched the ball

Has Pulis tried to change this in anyway, shape or form?

Pathetic attempt by Pulis. Saying that, Eriksen and Kane have played very well, probably allowed to by the shit approach Bring have taken.

Ex rag foster having the game of his life now, made some very good stops.

I heard Jamie fuckwit redknapp trying to change the rules about the 2nd goal and giving it to erikson, Its quite simple really Jamie, I dont care if it was on target, if the defender doesn't deflect it, Foster would have easily saved it. Redknapp is a turd

That was quite funny, the rest of the team just looked at him as of to say 'You dickhead!', but when has that stopped the pundits talking shit and changing the regulations to suit themselves.

Apparently the offside rule doesn't actually count if you can do a scorpion kick, not realising that the reason he had to do it was because he was exactly that, offside.

A little known fact. Back at the time of Henry VIII, Jamie's (not so) great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather, a used vegetable salesman, was known as Rednapp the Turd.

Anybody see what Walker did; was it a sending off offence?

West Brom are fuckin shite. I hope they go in to administration.

Funny how every single team we play plays like it's their last game ever.

Thats depressing, he was MOTM and will get bonus points too. The only good thing about that result is I had Walker and no baggies players.

I put Sanchez as my Captain this week,
