This is the first time this happens with the hawk eye replay.
Edit: showed it now. why so late?
There is no need to show anything . If the ball crosses the line it sends a signal to the ref. The ref is so bad that he can't even confirm this.
There is no need for discussion. So the fact that the ref had to consult the linesman is worrying to me.
You wonder who he was consulting?
Yep because if it had crossed the line he would say so and not consult the linesman.

Just back from the game. I've said many times that we don't have as much quality as we did a couple of seasons ago, but I've never thought our players don't care/try. Today was a triumph for team spirit and courage.

It was the pitches fault. Apparently the FA have just handed the playing surface a 6 match retrospective ban meaning all home games will now be played in Scotland, behind closed doors and our players won't be allowed wear boots, must spin round six times before they touch the ball and must be blindfolded.
Bravo's game expected to improve.
Have you seen my bongos?

he was consulting over any potential fouls and probably about the Sagna/Boyd scuffle.

Would much prefer moving Kev out wide, letting him drift into spaces and playing two strikers.
Think Nolito shown more this season than navas in 4 seasons. Only advantage had is Nolito hot headed just don't get why he picked ahead of him

He accidentally kicked the ground, which tripped himself up, embarrassing...
Wonderful finish from Sergio.

Considering the circumstances that was a brilliant 3 points today.
,
Kelechi cannot play the lone striker role at the moment and I thought it was a poor decision not to start Sergio , but it worked out in the end.
Tough games coming up and Fern 1 is going to be a big miss.
Burnley came out a bit more than expected , but offered nothing.

Just a thought but, because we continually have to suffer the bent refereeing decisions that we do in every game and Pep is virtually limited as to what he can say to the media, without being hung, drawn and quartered by them and the FA, did our players ought to start surrounding the referee in order to give him some grief, after every decision against us (be it right or downright corrupt), just to exert some undue influence as the Scum were trained to do under FerguScum ??
I know teams aren't now supposed to carry out this sort of activity, but to hell with the 'legalities' (or whatever) and let's see if, by doing such, we can redress the balance a little.
Even if the FA deemed to take us to task over this, it might just help flag up what is being done to us, week in, week out, in the name of 'the agenda'.

We're already officially the dirtiest team in the whole league mate.
And nobody in the media finds this odd
