I'm loving watching that. He's absolutely raging. Just like us! Good. He sees it now.

He's said the most he can say there without actually getting himself in trouble.

I hope he'll actually talk to the FA privately and say what he wants to say. It wouldn't be hard at all for City to put something together to show them about the standard of refereeing toward us. Not hard at all.

He should have said, "it's difficult to play when it's 10 against 12...err, I mean 11."

The best bit was the Mancini type 'yesterday we weren't in the race but now we are?' At the end. Mancini took the piss out of the media toward the end of 11/12 and they were that thick they couldn't understand he was taking the piss out of them.

One asked him after Newcastle "can you still win the league" and he answered "no". He was saying it because they had all handed the title to the rags with 6 games to go but they didn't understand that! Thick bastards.

Cheers Maze. It looked la bit suspect at the time but nothing untoward as he didn't appeal. Wierd that they didn't clear it up at the time though.

They showed a few replays on the stream I was watching and it was clear as day he goes to knock it around the keeper and sort of kicks the floor which sends him down.

I don't actually know what's more embarrassing- kicking the floor instead of the ball as a professional footballer or diving.

Diving. All day long. Every player miskicks the ball or misses it completely every now and again, but diving?

Thats for cheats

Phips, I couldn't give a fuck about the way you choose to pick arguments with others on here.

You choose 19 seconds in , why not 12 ? when it shows clearly that his tackle is aimed at the ball not the player . He also won the ball and did not raise his foot to the players legs or body. Therefore no foul. This is a contact sport, players unintentionally touch bodies, it is part of the game.

You clearly do not understand football if you do not know how to tackle. I do not believe you could have played football at any reasonable level because
Ferds tackle is what we see all the time.

Now , I don't believe I have ever given you the time of day with a response because basically you only come on here to wind people up. Quite frankly , you are boring and not even funny. Which would win some brownie points.

I don't expect a response and will ignore it anyway.

So be a good boy and just stop with the destructive comments.

Happy New Year. We get a refereeing performance Anthony Taylor would struggle to top and the rags get an opposition player sent off for next to nothing. i'll struggle to do another season at this rate.

He's never played the game and only started watching it a few years ago. So for him to have strong opinions on anything football related is ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time.

Not meaning to brick all over a positive but are you insane?

How many times could a centreback prove he's not a centreback? The guy has the aerial ability of a hippo and can't judge a ball over the top to save his life.

Fair enough unfortunately I wasn't at the match today but on tv he looked to play good and thought he handled Grey well. He is usually the first player im shouting at for being Shite. Was a New Years resolution to go easy on him maybe I have over compensated but honestly thought he played well

This is the first time this happens with the hawk eye replay.

Edit: showed it now. why so late?

There is no need to show anything . If the ball crosses the line it sends a signal to the ref. The ref is so bad that he can't even confirm this.

There is no need for discussion. So the fact that the ref had to consult the linesman is worrying to me.

You wonder who he was consulting?

That's just it. We've been through the mill as a club and I never once questioned what I was doing supporting the club through it all.

Because even if the team is poor, it's still the beautiful game where anything can happen.

But when that is taken away I'll certainly pack it in and the last four years have been nothing short of disgraceful with regards to the officiating of our games.

If it hasn't been challenged in four years then is it ever going to be?

On top of that you hear pundits and the like trying to tell us that we barely scraped our league wins.

What we did winning the last two league titles was an absolutely amazing achievement.

Looking at it again, was a clear foul on Bravo. Not great (or even good) keeping by him, but also a very very clear foul. Can understand Pep's anger 200%.
