Martinez was excellent in stretches last season while Boateng was injured. let's just hope he's not still injury prone and that his major injury was a one-off.

Barry Glendenning reckons that they will sign Bale by the end of the window (after a discussion on the Football Weekly Podcast that Zidane promised Mbappe a place and implying one of their main 3 will have to go).

I'm sure they're interested in Ronaldo, but I don't see that happening.

Forgive me if I've got this wrong but aren't they all failures at the dippers? How then,are they seemingly able to move these outcasts on and for decent money, whereas we get to send our boys out on loan with us still picking up the wages tab?
