Eh? It’s well known we signed Phillips based on what his hero, Marcelo Bielsa, recommended to him! It was said when we’d signed Phillips.

I think at times we relly to much on stats.
We've signed Nunes because he had some great passing accuracy. Agree it's important, but it showed it was a hit & miss.
I am ok with Bruno because he looked good in the league, Paqueta flopped at Milan and that is something that worries me. If we can get Musiala I think it would really be a fantastic deal.
Keep Kevin, Bernie and Ortega also. Suck them off if needed.

He does get it wrong sometimes.
He does, but he likes Bruno & Lucas a lot more than any of those I think. It's not wise to write players off before they even turn up - who do you think is incoming then?
You sound like their agent
. I'd rather wait a year and sign the likes of Wirtz than buy premier league B listers.
We need A* signings to replace the likes of KDB and Bernado.
If we end up buying them for silly money, we deserve another 100 charges for money wasting
Wirtz is off to the Kraut swamp along with his manager - that's a banker. Who else is on your 'never never land' list?
It's not a banker and I think Alonso will join Real.
We sit tight and wait. These two are not worth the figures quoted
don't think so but you may be right about Alsono, either way Wirtz is Bayern bound 100% - not a snowflake's chance in hell he comes here . So who else is on your midfield list - come on spill? (and please don't bring out the Rico/Oscar/McAttee/Doyle cards)
Nah, personally, I'd test the waters with Valverde, under Pep he can become something special.

He'd be an excellent signing, young, versatile and quick right sided midfielder. Alas under contract at Madrid for another 4 years I believe., anybody else?

Apparently Arsenal are ready to listen to offers for Gabriel Jesus this summer.

Apparently we’re okay with selling Yan Couto to Real Madrid. I wonder if they’d sell us one of their promising youngsters…

Pep would not get on with his daft candy floss hair. Talented no question about that but if we are prepared to let him go then thats it

More about who we’re selling to. Bayern, Madrid etc wouldn’t sell us a virus.

Yep, agreed but if we take the money and the player us not a fit for is, I'm happy with that. Jesus being a case in point

Palmer would be a better example imo - both young, but with Yan he’s played regularly this season and have good reviews.
Possibly need to give some of the kids that have had a good season a chance. Bobb will fuck off soon.

That's my worry for Bobb. He looks a player and deserves game time

I myself would have doubts about those two. But one thing I do know, there's people at the club paid a lot of money to do the scouting and recruitment work.
Some of them paid millions.

Doku has absolutely stank out some games this season that Bobb could have been played in. It’s annoying that we play players over academy ones just because we’ve paid £50m for them.
Bobb could have played instead of Doku and done just as well a job
Even Tommy Doyle could have played instead of Nunes and we wouldn’t have seen a difference. It’s annoying.

Players who we want to sign?
We should want to sign the calibre of Valverde. Or Wirtz. Or Mbappe. Players who are at the top of their game and also who will attract sponsors and new fans alike. Like Haaland has
Of course these players aren’t necessarily easily available or would cost a lot. But that doesn’t mean we accept an inferior player
If you are car shopping for a Mercedes and they are out of stock for a year do you then wait until available because that’s the car you think is the best fit or do you nip down to the car supermarket and buy a Mondeo or something else inferior because it’s available?

Spot on. It’s where we went wrong last summer - Bellingham went to Madrid and we started to panic and look at Nunes, Eze etc. Could we have gotten through this season without Nunes - absolutely!

Phillips, Nunes cost us over £97m. P and G would easily cost us at least £130m combined and some. That's over £200m potentially wasted on players that won't improve us. Let that sink in. I'd rather gamble on academy and unknown cheap signings. Either that or go big on the likes of Valverde or Wirtz.

Aaah, we didn't want that waster Bellingham anyway. He's proven to everybody that he is a dipstick.

not so much a transfer rumour - more like Chinners Bollocks - did anyone see the valuations posted on the BBC for the rags squad which is up for sale as a job lot? total value 846m made up in part from
Trashford - 106m so seriously this is what they really think.
Hojland - 93m
Garnacho - 92m
Antony - 63m
Dalot - 61m
it goes on and on - like alice in wonderland. Someone needs to take the red pill.
