Just read a report about Pep snubbing Cesc. In said report it says Cesc may face action for "touching" Fernandinho's face, he slapped him.

It's nearly as bad as the reports saying Fern pushed Cesc over the advertising hoarding when clearly Cesc looks behind him to see where the hoarding was before stepping back into it and allowing himself to fall over it.
