There's no such thing as ball to hand mate. It's. myth! If you stop a player from going through because the ball hits your hand it's a free kick or penalty.

Not true. If your arms are by your side and someone kicks the ball at them from 2 feet away its not a pen (not saying thats what happened here but thats an example).
