Typical city is over right?

So what are your plans? Mary Ds, City square or town before the game?

If you plan on city square I will buy you and your missus a drink and even make an effort to get there early  . However, can't be arsed with Mary Ds. Town is OK but unless you know where and when it can be a pain. KK is also back in the UK, must be something in the water.

Just saw this mate. I've got to pick up my Celtic tickets in city square so pretty sure that's where we we'll be. Look forward to meeting you!

may the sun shine on you all :D

SSN currently leading with
'Chelsea can go 4 points clear at the top if they beat Man City on Saturday'
obviously 'City can go 2 points clear...' doesn't do it for them

In a nutshell - their preferred outcome - none of this 'title wide open' rubbish, well as far as we are concerned anyway.

More of that invention and composure when the opportunities come and we will win, less dilly dallying and more pulling of the trigger please !!

Great goal. I remember bouncing around the stadium at the time.

Team news:
Jonny Bravo
Sagna Stones Otter Clichy
Fernando
Sterling Gundo KDB Silva
Aguero
Maybe I would go for Yaya before Fern 2 but m not sure Pep will. He seems to prefer Kola over Clichy but I think we need the extra speed.

That extra speed that Clichy doesn't provide at all?

He's always had a bit of pace as does Sagna. They are the ones I'd choose against nippy little fuckers like Hazard. Clichy may have lost a yard but it's hard to know without giving him a run. Pep seems to prefer Kola's attacking threat.

I was in a quiet pub in Swansea and when that goal went in I think I frightened everyone. It's my second favourite City goal since the takeover !

The challenge for Stones and Otamendi will be how to deal with Diego Costa ? The Chelsea forward perfectly knows how to make opponents lose their temper. I'm sure Pep doesn't need to warn our centre backs against the spanish threat.

Was it last year Kompany just bullied him right out the game? I'm pretty sure Ota has played him several times and will be doing his best to rile him to be honest.

It was Mangala of all people. Had him in his back pocket all match.

Yep was a master class. Costa didn't get a kick for 90 minutes. Not sure what happened after that with Mangala.

Well they just did their "expert analysis " on ssn.

All headlined with "can city fond any way against chelsea". How can we stop them etc.

Overall the general decision from the panel was that we won't.

So that's that then.

To be fair their default logic is that whoever has won the last few games cannot be beaten. Few weeks ago it was Arsenal, before that us. Very similar last year. And the year before bookies paid out on Chelsea in October, yet by New Years Eve we were level on points, before fucking it all up.

I'm not sure Fern 1 will make it. If he does then he would replace Fernando. Pep said there were no injuries at his presser which is encouraging.
