He was excellent.

Delighted for him. And if a loss against these cunts with a second eleven is the sacrifice for a potential "coming of age" top player then it was a result.

Time will tell

Better than what Zabbs has offered up this year. Until Sagna comes back, I'd keep him in there

Very impressed with him and would like to see him get proper minutes in the league going forward.
Tracking back is overrated.

Did well. Some impressive tackles too. Hope he gets more chances, but he and Garcia really look like they could become class players for us.

He had a good game considering his lack of experience and looked solid throughout the match.

With Sagna injured, this is definitely the right time to give him a run in the side. Zab's best days are behind him so need to give Maffeo a shot at competing for the right back slot with Sagna.

agree. I loved that he matched gashford for pace and won the ball when the rags thought he was going through on goal. very nice from pablo and please let him play against West brom.A good run in the side is what he needs.

What? Leonel played? Did not see him on the left where Mister Maffeo was.

It's rare that I agree with you over anything but I do. This time. And probably this time only. Give yourself a pat on the back.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Let's not get too carried away, after all it was only the rags. Would like to see him against a proper side to see how good he really is.
Have a suspicion he might start Saturday.
