Before today I'd have put my house on Hull going down.

Still think they will, but as usual, football is a funny old game and the PL does throw some odd results outside it will be much tighter than usual I think

Leicester are my prediction for the drop. Especially when Vardy and Mahrez leave on deadline day.

Vardy is not a very good player IMHO. Had a good season, back to normal last weekend.

Leicester still need to bring in players.

I was talking with the guy who scouted Vardy for Leicester on the weekend. He recommended him but only as a championship player. Ha!

He also told me about their policy of recruiting players who were second siblings. He reckons they are more likely to have a mindset of wanting to prove themselves. He cited Serena Williams as an example.

Don't we have the dubious honour of being the only team to be relegated from the top flight, as reigning champions?

We do. AC Milan also managed it at the start of the 80s.

Happened before the 1960s so I don't think it counts. At least in the eyes of dippers and rags. Something from 1938 can't possibly have happened as that would indicate History. Apparently, we don't have any

I hope so. Based on a hatred of Pardew.

Burnley and Hull look goners for me. Poor squads and lack of firepower ultimately take their toll in the end

Magpies on way up to pass Sunderland on way down and all will be good in Geordie land again.

Mackems fans I know are already keeping a very close eye on the toons progress.

Personally I'd like to see sunderland stay up, only because of my friends, I watched our game last weekend with my best mates fiance.

Cos Venus Williams is/was wank right?

Did he have an opinion on the Brownlee brothers too?
