Wonder if the type of facture will ever come out. Really hope this isn't a Jones fracture. It can almost be a death sentence in some athletes. Advancements in medicine have helped but it's an area which never seems to heal properly and can linger forever.

Bit unfair that mate, they're usually ahead of the game. They monitor foreign football news from selected journos and pick things up a lot quicker than the British press pack do.

If it is, as feared, something more serious, then it would deal a severe blow to our hopes of trying to cut back Chelsea's lead at the top.

In such circumstances, we'd definitely need Sergio to steer clear of injury.

I just find it sickening that, as soon as we seem to be in a position to mount a challenge, we get knocked back. If the FA, PiGMOB, SKY, BT, UEFA or whomsoever don't get us, bad luck does.
