This summer seems to have been really long. Too long.

Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho was not part of the Manchester City squad that travelled to China earlier on Tuesday on a pre-season tour, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

Pep Guardiola named a 32-man travelling party for the tour to Germany and China but left out Iheanacho who had visa issues entering China.

Iheanacho who was blocked from featuring for Nigeria at the Rio Olympics could still make the squad to China for the games against Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund in Beijing and Shenzhen if his application is granted.

The 19-year-old who scored 12 goals in all competitions last term is expected to be given the chance to establish himself in the team and the tour was going to be his chance to make an impression on City’s new manager.

Unbelievable. Pep asks him to start early and then he can't go to China?

It's already been sorted, a revised squad list was published today with Kelechi, Unal and Zinchenko all added.

i hope the United match gets cancelled due to the rain.
i dont want the derby and Pep vs. Mourinho to happen in China AND not in a meaningful match.

Seems to have gone under the radar that one!

BBC headlines for ours and there's games.....

Guardiolas City beaten by Bayern Munich

Maureen not worried by Dortmund defeat

They should have read....

Unlucky City lose first friendly to single deflected goal aided by the ref

Rags beaten 4-1, Maureen describes his team as formula 3...

Quietly turning into another farce for the Rags.

4-1 thrashing, plane diverted, press conference shambles. A 5-0 win for us tomorrow should cap it off nicely

Chinese reporter saying they are very upset Scum haven't treated the Chinese media as well as Manchester City did this morning.

Silly cunts have cancelled their presser without consultation as the room was too hot.

Brilliant; upsetting their Asian partners while City set-up strong links with the avid Chinese audience.

Apparently pouring in Beijing. Hope the fucking match gets cancelled. Worried about injuries. Moyes the chosen one. Pep the tactical one. Mourinho four one.

I want to see a game. The score is of no consequence, the game play is.

Pep on the touchline got my juices flowing again, similar to how Mancini used to act. The only difference being this is Pep Guardiola, thee supposed best manager in the world.
