It's the hope that kills you.
Poor defending for a 10-15 minute spell in the second half cost us.
No complaints. France were the better team in the second half and punished us.
We had a decent first half but I think tiredness played a big part in the end.
Tired minds and bodies and less finesse and technique than required.

Well done France, but still proud of the boys.

I get the feeling they cheated, not sure how but I'm fairly certain they did.

They're French. Of course they used underhand tactics. Probably had twelve men on the field.

Penalty to Germany. Skrtle gets punished finally for pushing and holding in the area.

Ozil then misses. Just as well for the game as it was over if he had scored

Whatever happens I hope the slovakia manager remembers to offer his elbow to Low at the end, not his hand

Saw him playing a little pocket billiards earlier, then hand right to the nose.

Status Low.

If he ever gave up managing footbal teams he could always get a job as a sniffer dog at any airport.

How special a player is De Bruyne? We are so lucky to have him, won't be long before the words Ballon D'Or and him will be mentioned in the same sentence.

I appreciate that, and I'm impressed. Probably because the bar is set so low for you we're all just amazed you're not licking your screen right now.
