I would see if De Gea fancies a switch.

Forget those two, Martial...let's hope The Moaning One sees him like another Mata or KDB.

He has a history with Mata, he packed his bags at Chelsea. I cannot see him there under Maureen. He would fit like a puzzle piece here and finally win some domestic trophies.

In general I would agree, but with Louie it will be something interesting.

He will start talking about what is going on behind the curtain at their club. He is just a sentance away from a conflict with Maureen, while Pep is working behind the curtains like a pro.

Quite possibly the stupidest article I've ever read.

-Smashed record for England?
-Says yes to a new deal that he hasn't signed yet, isn't that the "saying yes" part?
-Player signing a contract extension referred to as a 'coup'.

Everyones favourite Irishman, Roy Keane, has come out and said Mourinho is really irritating and he wouldn't have been his choice if he was still rag captain.

Never realized this was the procedure. We'll have to send Vinnie a note thanking him for appointing Pep.

I suspect what he meant was that he wouldn't like to play for him never mind being his captain and voice on the field.

Wouldn't actually surprise me if the club captain was consulted or asked his opinion on the appointment of a manager. After all, he is an important figure at a club and will be working directly with the manager. I know players come and go but a long standing captain is in that position for a reason.

Of course, his opinion is only that; and the decision to appoint a manager will have numerous factors, but the captains voice may well be a small part of it.

Has he come out with any bullshit yet? Or is it all low key?

Hang on, this is the rags and the ego. Surely he's put something out every day.
