To make matters worse I've just learned that their head of live football is a City fan.

Go through all the shite and drag the call out and just before I give my details I'm going to say "oh I've also noticed you're showing replays of all the FA Cup finals since 89 - before I sign up can you confirm that you've got the 10/11 season?" and when they say no I'll just tell them to get fucked then.

It seems a few people on BM are cancelling their subscription and giving the reason as the bias in CL coverage especially. Has the double benefit of attracting a special offer by August!

Club should just completely blank the fuckers next season. No doubt the CL contract makes that a no-go.

Of course its deliberate how on earth can it be otherwise. You've searched for all the games, maybe remastered it or what ever its called, uploaded them all to BT site, maybe run some promo work on it and you accidentally miss one year???.
