Knocked of their perch - we are the big dog now

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Knocked off their perch is perhaps not the right phrase yet. We are a lot of titles behind them after all. And until we win the CL at least once they will always have that over us.

Still, I'm enjoying these last three years of being top dog of the moment and long may it continue

Thursday night wankers would have been the right phrase most probs ?!?!

They still might win the FA cup this weekend so we best let them have there glory before the infighting erupts at the swamp over LVG,s future .

It's gonna be a glorious summer at the swamp. LVG will veto any half decent player and Woodward will fuck up the transfer of about five others. Dumb and dumber look Mensa material compared to those two

THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I was on the bus yesterday coming home to Bolton from Bury and overheard one of the funniest conversations that I have ever heard. It was between a shirt wearing Bolton fan and a quite obvious Stretford mong. Apart from it being almost indiscernible to the human ear it went along the lines of this:

Bolton Fan: " So, when are you sacking the manager then and who do you want to replace him?"
Stretford Mong: "LVG has to go that's for sure"
BF: "So are you going for Mouriniho then?"
SM: "No, he will only continue our downward spiral; We need a younger man in charge who understands "The United Way"!!"

At this point I had to control myself form bursting into laughter and I wanted to wait for his considered opinion as I knew it was coming.

BF: "Like who, then?"
SM: (Needs a Drumroll here!) " BRYAN RIGGS"

Fortunately, I arrived at my stop having walked through these two in an uncontrolable state of laughter!!
