Has he played his last game for us?

If it does turn out that he's off in the summer, part of me is naturally gutted to see such a legend leave, but at the same time part of me relieved. Would have been nice to give him a good send off though - which may be unlikely unless the club arranges something. Hoping they will.

he could reach the youngsters a thing or two about the professional game at the top level

Hope we bring him back in some capacity after he retires. Coach, Ambassador, Scout, something. Keep the real blues within the club or CFG.

Hope it isn't the last time we see him in a City shirt albeit he has lost pace but the bloke bleeds Blue. If it's his time then would love to see him stop on in some capacity.

Sad news. Won't see him in a City shirt next season so expect him to turn up somewhere in Italy. He'll still have the legs for there.

Putting sentimentality aside, it's probably a good thing. It's been painful watching him this season and didn't want to remember him like that.
