Savic, Boateng, Nastasic. or is that going too far back?

Wum.

On a serious note it's not quite as bad as some make out. I'd say kdb has taken to English football and over performed on a lot of expectations considering the general consensus outside of city fans and the articles about him when he signed.

Delph has been hit and miss but at times fit in quite well.

Fernandinho has improved a lot. Even just this year.

Nacho obviously.

Jury out on a lot, but we've been mostly signing the finished articles until just recently. The one I'd like to think will grow is sterling.
Tracking back is overrated.

Wum.

were they or were they not recent signings? have they or have they not improved?

i understood the crux of your question to be something like: none of the recent signings at the club have improved since their purchase either because they were already good (KDB) or because they've been busts thus far (Sterling). so i was backing your point. either way though, im not wrong by listing those 3.

My Question is how do you grade Txiki??

Alvaro Negredo, Fernandinho, Jesus Navas, Martin Demichelis and Stevan Jovetic .Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne, Ota, Delph, Mang

D+ for me. I only gave the plus for KDB

It's not easy to grade him, for starters he's not just responsible for scouting and transfers, his job encompasses a whole lot more than that.

considering the title of the thread, i think we can keep this to the signings task.

Ok how about the signing of Guardiola, does he get any kudos for that?

Time will tell, but since he hasn't even taken a picture in blue, I would rather wait and grade that particular signing later.
